comptech intake bracket

comptech intake bracket
for those of you that have the comptech intake, did you guys install the bracket as well? i just finished installing and i see no need for the bracket because the intake is very firmly on the car. i ask this because its at a weird angle to bolt it down, so i just wanted to know if its ok to just install it later. thanks guys.
