195 in cylinders 1, 2
210 in cylinders 3, 4

looks good to me. i had 210 across the board with only 7k miles so you should be happy..

oh ok. I just thought that they needed to be the same across the cylinders.

Those #'s look good, did you do a wet test as well? What was percentage in difference compared to the dry test?

Do not worry about the difference unless two adjacent cylinders are more 10% off.
Before my rebuild, mine read:
180 210 120 170
After:
280 285 275 280

Turned out the intake valves were not sealing...
