Compression Test results.
More info on the car is needed.
What yr/model/engine & how many miles.
Usually what you're looking for is even numbers across the board - which is what you have. Your compression test #'s may change over the years due to carbon build-up, so the fact that then numbers match indicate 'even wear' internally.
My '96 B18b1 (130k miles) read 205 across all 4 last time i tested it and my '92 B18a1 (140k) was around 190.

in high rpms could be carbon build up, or in need of a valve adjustment, bnet a valve (usually get low compression as well, but not always). Those numbers are finr for your rings though
if it smoking then i guess it burning oil right?
compression numbers dont mean anything when it comes to buring oil. thouse numbers are fine. my old b16 was 160 across all 4 cylinders. as long as they are all the same thats all that matters.
but if it smocking it could be either the oil rings or the valve guilds
