Default Cold Start Issue

Have a 1993 Integra...Having an issue with the car starting at a cold start. Takes a couple cranks then she fires up...No issue when car has been running and warm/hot...Any ideas anyone can shoot out...

My turbo GSR wouldnt start in the cold either (~0*F), but after a change of plugs to a stock heat range, it fired right up

You sir win the prize for the most productive post in the thread.

I had the same problem on another car, and it ended up being the plugs. Prob doesn't help much.
