What is the difference between full coilovers (700+) and a coilover conversion kit (200+) ?

 

Full coilovers are a complete assembly that include both the damper and the spring (and usually the upper mount). They are ride height adjustable and usually have adjustable damping as well.

Sleeve coilovers are simply a spring and an adjustable perch which allows for height adjustability on your existing dampers.
