Spring or Coilovers

What is the difference between spring and coilovers beside the adjustable part? Which one handle better for daily?

i have GC Coils, and so far the ride has been pretty good. Its SOMEWHAT bouncy, but that shall change once i get some aftermarket shocks. One more thing, dont get coils if YOU KNOW you will NEVER adjust them, ive had mine for 2months and hav adjusted about twice so far . . . so yea . .
