i have a da with a stock b18a. my c.e.l popped on and the car wouldn't rev over 3000rpm. checked the ecu and found a code 43 aka fuel supply system. turned the car off and then restarted it and light was gone and car ran fine. any hints on where to start?

Hm..

I believe that could be O2 sensor problems..

If the car isn't acting up right now.. just keep driving it.. and assume nothing's wrong..

if it comes back on.. try resetting the ecu by pulling the ecu fuse in the engine bay fuse panel box... for 15-20 secs..

Considering it's an old car i'm gonna assume that it has alot of miles on it and the O2 sensor hasn't been changed.. Pull it out and take a look at it.

 

it turned out to be the cat converter on my old 91 ls. it took me a while to figure that one out. start by taking the cat off and looking through it. if more than 1/2 - 1/3 of the holes are clogged, replace it with a new cat or a test pipe.
