I have a 1990 integra with a Sir2 B16a 0db1 I hade washed the moter and then it was messed up i put a new IAC,O2 not the universol one ether,TPS, Distributor and the car is still messed up the idle jumps up and doun at 1500 to 1700 like ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra and the codes will not go away i looked at the wireing it is right sorry about not tiping so you know what i am talking about

What did u try and say? U got an obd0 to obd2 conversion harness? What year motor and car? Check ur o2 sensor make sure it's plugged in.. Check the continuity of the wires and make sure the wires are going to the correct ecu pinouts.

 

A bad o2 won't make your idle bad. I really don't understand what you said about obd0 and obd1, but you need to provide more information about the engine/ecu/etc. It could be your IACV, TPS sensor, etc. Search, there's TONS of threads about high/jumping/bad idle.
