CLUTCH WORK.......diagnosis/ how long will it take??
ok so my turbo 94 gsr goes to like 250rpm when the clutch is depressed, and occasionally stalls out....
the clutch, before ^^^ happened, would occasionally die, in which id have to pump it to get the hydraulics to work again.
i ordered a new clutch master cylinder, and got all the crap i need to put that in, as well as bleed the clutch....
am i doing the right thing?? how long will this take?? should i do it with another honda-kid or what???
any help is greatly appreciated, plan on doing the work tomorrow

i have no idea if thats whats causing your problem or if a new master cylinder will fix it, but it shouldnt be that hard to replace..but ive never replaced one either
i always try to do work with another person, 2 heads are better than one...

thats completely normal...reason why it jumps a couple hundred RPM'S is because when the clutch is not engage it takes pressure off the flywheel....and when you let go although your car isn't moving the trans mission is still turnning..but in nutral...if your clutch was going out you would notice gears slipping...and have trouble getting into gears. and if you are starting to slip..id suggest you double clutch for a bit untill you can get a new clutch...it will help prolong the life of the clutch alittle more.

not if he has to pump it to get teh clutch to disengage, it could easily be the hydrolics, you might want to also check the slave cylander too
