I have been having some issues with my clutch lately and I was hoping the fellow integra riders would be able to help me. I Have an Exedy organic clutch kit for my turbo LS, it has been fine for about 4000 miles.

Lately, when my pedal gets stiff, the clutch will lock into gear and not be able release or go into gear when I have the pedal down to the floor. What makes it even more screwed up is if I release the pedal a little I can slip the car in and out of gear.

The problem seems to be occuring more often lately, Do you guys have ideas on what might be occuring. I have plans to change the tranny fluid tommorow.

I suppose it's possible the clutch pedal has too much travel. Usually you can tell immediately after installing the clutch though so your case seems a bit odd. What happens is the throwout bearing gets pushed in too far and presses into the clutch fingers and into the clutch springs. There is an adjustment bolt way up on the pedal. Turn that about a quarter of a turn and see if it helps.
