Default Clutch related problem.(part 2)

Part1

My gsr's cluth and flywheel where upgraded .(stage 2 , and 9 #flywheel)
it was properly broken in, and i install it .
every single bolt torqued down by the book .
the problem is that the clutch chatters.
specially in first. im not sure wich can cause this?
clutch master cylinder, or the slave cylinder?

Part2

ok ...so i bleed the system , and that didnt do it, i checked the clutch master , and that was the problem. (it had a nasty leak!) wtvr...
aright , so i finally replaced the CMC today , and after i intalled it , the clutch pedal :didn't have the same length .(now the travel of the pedal was like 1/2 inch shorter)... WTF???
adjusted the switch for the cruise control and bled the system.
and took it for a test drive, and the car didnt feel like it had that much torque now.
could it be possible that its sliping some?
it goes in & out of gear fine.
the clutch before fully engaged and disengaged within an inch after i steped on it
and now the clutch after i step on it for like 3/4 of an inch its when it stars to engage and disengage...
i drives ok and theres no sign of sliping when i step on the gas.
but i dont really kno if this is how it should be... or if it is ok for this to happen.
thanks!

i think it's just the non-full-faced discs that chatter. i don't think i've ever heard of a full-faced clutch disc that chatters.

As has been stated, many performance (you said stage 2, which I would assume is a 6 puck style) clutches will chatter no matter what. If your pedal has decreased since installing a new m/c, you've probably still got air in the system. Try bleeding it some more. A hydraulic clutch setup should have next to no freeplay in the pedal, so if you have any freeplay, something's still not right.

when i installed the cmc the travel of the clutch decrease, (it just wouldnt go up any further even if i pulled it) so i just adjusted the bolt that connects the master and the pedal .
could it be the autozone MC?(wrong part)
and the clutch doesnt chatter no more
and theres no freeplay
but the travel its not the same. and I dont think it has the same torque.(maybe in my mind) ???

I think if that threaded rod out of the back of the M/C is adjusted OUT (toward the driver) too far, it may be holding the clutch slightly disengaged at all times. But I don't think there's very much adjustment on that rod, so that may not be the problem.
