so the other day i did a 1st gear burnout and tried ttohit second but when i shifted into second, tires stopped spining and clutch started burning. so if work ok after that, then a couple hours after that i shut it off and the clutch didnt work at all after that. now it works a lil but it got even more messed up now when i gave it gas, now my clutch pedal travel feels really weird and rough and i have to depress the clutch right to the floor and then i can barley get it into gear....whats up with this?

 

Here is a shot in the dark, sounds like one of your springs on the clutch disk became dislodged and stuck between the disk and the flywheel.

 

wow...that actually sounds like it could be a definet possibility...didnt even think of that. how would that happen
