I think my clutch is going bad. Its real hard to get in gears and I changed the tranny oil and it was all murky and black, so I replaced with GM Synchromesh FM and its still hard to get in gear at times so I'm thinking maybe its my clutch? Also my clutch makes a wierd springy noise when I press down on it. Whats my problem and what is the average price to replace the clutch by a mechanic not including the price of the clutch.

Could be your clutch master or slave cylinder. Check under the dash where your pedals are, see if there's oil leaking. You could also try bleeding the clutch as well.
