Default clutch problem

ok people i have a major shifting problem with my cluth. Every morning when i start my car i try to put it on reverse but all it does is grind like crazy, and its impossible to put it into gear. I have to turn off my engine and put it into gear for it to work. It sucks sooo bad, but when my engine warms up my clutch problem goes away and it shifts normal. Someone help

It's probably got an inadequate supply of clutch fluid in the tranny. And also your transmission synchros are probably worn out or getting there.

what ^ said. i used to have problems getting it into reverse in the mornings and what always worked for me was to put it in 4th gear and then reverse. it never grinded that way.(not integra specific, worked with some of my other cars too).

yah, thanks for the help guys. I thought something was wrong with my transmission i was getting ready to save up for a new one, but it wasnt that big of a deal. I also put some redline oil on my tranny while i was at it too. Now it shifts like new with no grinds.
