i have a 94 ls with 150k on it and i bought the car at 100k and the guy said the clutch had just been replaced however, for a long time the clutch has about a 70% dead zone where you can push the clutch in and nothig will happen. i only have to push the clutch in about 3inches from the time it engages to the floor on every shift an i dont know if the clutch needs to be replaced or adjusted or what!...help me please!!! thanks

 

check the slave/master cylinder for leaks. check the fluid.
