what's a good product i can use to clean my header before i install it. trying to get all the finger prints off it.

 

I just put one on last night and it had some rust on it, so I polished it all up w/ a metal finishing pad and wd-40, them cleaned up that w/ some rubbing alcohol and it looks and works fine. It just smoked a little from some left over wd-40 but that only lasted 5 minutes or so.

 

hrmm..what kinda headers did you do that with..??? I have the dc ss headers and they just look like rust now! If that works for the ss headers, i'll try that! lmk
