Cleaning CAI filter
isnt a cai a cold air intake?
so it would be at the end of the pipe that comes off the intake manifold
and the stock airfilter is that same except its in a black box at the end of the pipe that comes off the intake manifold

Huh, what, ok, I am assuming you have a CAI (Cold Air Intake). If you are looking for it, you probably didn't install it yourself. Here are step by step 'structions:
1) jack car up
2) remove passenger side bumper underside (black plastic) - should be some plastic screws
3) tadaaa! there is your cold air intake hiding behind your passenger side turn signal inside your bumper
4) remove filter from intake piping
5) brush any dirt off of the outside of the cone filter
6) Buy K&N cleaner kit
7) follow instructions on box - basically spray cleaner on filter and let soak in, then rinse off
8) let sit for awhile to dry
9) reapply filter oil, then reinstall onto car.
