It has a tiny minor bend toward the bottom were it meets the bumper. Ima leave that just change the bumper.

You need to at least collect the insurance for the lowered value of your car. It is up to you if you want to repair the quarter.
It looks like the filler piece is also damaged slightly.

Filler peice looks a bit off because of the bumper not meeting the seam I guess right now I am going to get estimates tomorrow from a couple body shops I went to one today and he said $1500 because that whole side of the car would need to be painted so I dunno about that... his car only had MINOR headlight damage as well as a small amount of fender damage
