Should the crushed washers be replaced on the two bolts?

 

It's recommended, but they're reusable. If they're in good condition they'll seal back up again.

 

i reuse mine it fine, reuse my oil pan nut like 5 time it still fine . if it still good why replace it

 

I did on mine. I did this service at 60K along with fuel filter, plugs, cap/rotor, valve adjustment, etc.

I just ordered these washers for like 0.20 each while I was at it. Not something I wanted to revisit a week later due to a drip.
