I was driving in the rain and all the sudden out of no where my check engine light appears to be on, was never on til the rain what can this be caused from ?

Not saying it's a mistaken read, I just think that the rain and CEL is in your head...

 

Pull the CEL code. There is an instruction link in the FAQ thread in the Integra forum.

The CEL code is still stored. Pull it to provide insight. The nice thing about your ECU is that it will tell you why the CEL illuminated.
