hi I have a 96 infers gsr. I bought it recently and the check engine light oil pressure and such lights in the dash are not working at all. How do I go about fixing this? It has an after market wheel on it so I'm thinking maybe the previous owner did something to get the air bag light to shut up but I don't know. I'm putting the stock wheel back on anyways. Thank you

 

Blown fuse?

 

Or someone took out the bulbs so you didn't notice the CEL on.
