Default check engine light blink

my check engine light today blinked once and it stayed on. what does that mean? i have a 95 gsr (obd1) and a test pipe on w/ o2 bung sensor and it still kept the light on. bad o2 sensor?

have u searched to see why the cel is on for? What code has came up?

no i still didnt see the cel code but i think its my oxygen sensor #1...for some reason i reset the ecu for 30 minutes and it came back on this morning, but later on afternoon it turned off and stayed off.

Since you're OBD1 I think you only have one o2 sensor. OBD2 added another behind the cat to check for efficiency. Go to autozone or wherever and have them scan it for the obd code.
