i have a 1999 acura integra GSR with a 5 speed. i just bought it 2 days ago and I replaced the spark plugs, wires, and cap and im getting a p0301 and p1399 codes. put it only sets it at idle so i dont know what the heck is going on. anyone have any ideas?

also i took the intake tube off the throttle body and there is oil inside the intake tube. what could case that to happen and how do i fix it?

p.s. i know the p0301 code is misfiring on number 1 cylinder.

 

Are you sure you have your spark plug wires in the right firing order? The oil on your intake pipeing most likely came from your crankcase.

 

yes i found that the PCV valve was stuck so i went and bought a new one and replaced it. so that will fix that problem. still getting that misfiring code on #1 and the p1399 code.
