CEL on OBD2?
Hello,
Is it possible to read retrieve the trouble code(s) on an OBD2 with out having to use a scan tool / code reader; by using a jumper wire and reading off the code by the number of times the CEL blinks on the cluster...Or will that only work on OBD1s...Thanks..

Yes, you can use a jumper and pull the code.
