I have a 96 Integra LS and my CEL is giving me a Code 92. I looked at the list of codes in the FAQ post and it only goes to code 91. Any ideas?

Any ideas on what I should check it it's suppose to be a Code 91 (Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow)? I don't know where to start with a Code 91.

 

are you sure that the short one are not the 10 and the longs the ones cause if so then it would be 29 and that would make sense if the list does not goto 92

 

In my manual the codes go past 92, and 92 is the mentioned Evap insufficient purge flow!! Make sure you gas cap is oem and is tight. Make sure not to put more gas in your tank after the pump shuts off automatically. Check your charcoal canister and make sure its not full. Buy a service manual for your car, this will help you alot

 

Well I started looking around and found a hose that was cracked and missing a section in the middle. The small section of hose was coming out from the bottom of the charcoal canister and bending to another fitting that was going under the car. I bought a $3 replacement hose from NAPA and the CEL went off. Hopefully it will stay off.

why do the first and whats the charcoal canister do ?
