Default CEL code 7

I have a 94 Integra LS and we yanked out the motor and threw in my jdm B18c with a chipped p72. But after the swap, we started it up and the CEL Code 7, which is the Throttle Positioning Sensor, came on. So, I just bought a brand new TPS sensor to replace it but I'm still waiting for it. Does anyone know if it's the tps sensor or is it the wiring? I was told it might just be the wiring but it can also be the sensor.

I'm pretty sure it's the same ECU. It came with the CRX that we yanked it outta. Everything is OBD1.
