recently i installed a dc 4-1 on my 00 gsr. ran to get dinner w/ my girlfriend and when i got back my buddy had drilled out the cat. So i bolted eveything back up and next day as i suspected it through a cel code 67 (cat system below threshold). so i purchased a cat and had another buddy weld on bung and flange. reset the ecu pulling fuse and disconnecting neg terminal still next day threw same cel. Ok now im stumped. so i ordered a bung extension and no cel for about two weeks then the other day it poped on agian. same darn code 67. is there anything out there to stop that ugly cel w/out hacking and soldering wire harnesses? Please help hate to go to show w/ cel.

for some reason the new bung/cat may not be up to par... or the secondary 02 may be fuX0red

i'D LIKE to know too.. I just got a CEL 67 in my 98 CRV today...

 

im getting this code as well.. and im pretty sure its the secondary o2 sensor thats causing it.

It can also be the cat.
