CEL Code 20

i have a acura integra 4 door, and its throwing a Code 20. i did some research and it said that it was the Electrical Load Detector. does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

I have seen it be a ground, a messed up harness plug, and I have also seen it related to an alternator issue. Good luck!
