CEL code: 17 and 7

heres the setup: OBD1 B18C1 in a OBD0 DA, OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness, P30 ECU.

the problem: CEL pattern: long-short pause-7 short blinks, long pause then 7 short blinks

whats dis code telling me?

Code 17 = Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Malfuntion

Code 7 = Throttle Position Circuit Low Input/High Input
