i've had my 96 ls for a year now and right after i got it the cel came on as a code 92. i took it to a shop and they traced it to the evap purge selenoid valve on topo of the intake manifold, so i replaced it...after i found one. the one i got was used but only had 20,000 miles on it , last night on my way home from work the damn cel came back on. being pissed off from already having to work 12 hour shifts for the next 2 months i pulled off the side of the road to pull the code and not to my surprise it was the code 92... i was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem or if there is a way to bypass it and still keep decent gas mileage. any help is greatly appreciated!!!
