CEL is on, again ! need help

CEL is on, again ! need help
well my check engine light was on 100% of the time at first and in safe mode, due to me not running the o2 sensor, so we put one on tonight, now my CEL doesnt come on, but after about 5mins of driving it comes back on, what could it be? how do i check for codes? any ideas?
