sup guys..runnin a greddy turbo kit, on an 98 integ...been runnin good, and recently my CEL came on , reading a 41...41 is Primary oxygen sensor heater

wtf!! what is wrong....and if i reset my ECU , it goes away for a while, untill i drive for a while, or start to boost alot..!! whats goin on! it would be great if someone could please help
