Today I go to the drive-thru at Taco Bell & like 30 seconds after I came to a stop at the menu, the CEL came on and the car started to shudder. The tach was going up and down 200 rpms. When I got home, I jumped the code and it came up as 14. An issue of Import Tuner I have says that that is the Electronic Air Control. My question is, is this correct, & what is the Electronic Air Control?

If anyone has information, previous experience with this, or has a link to a site with engine codes & explanations of them, their help, would be greatly appreciated.
