So i was working on my car today. As you all know I dont have an engine in it.

My deck always worked, even when the engine was out. I connected the battery. All the lights come on in the car and the headlights work.

What could be the problem

 

Did you try pulling the radio out a little and checking to see that there are no wires that somehow got loose?
