catatytic insufficency

I have a 99 gsr. I just replace the cat. cuz I got the catatytic insufficency code throw out. Now the code appear again. I don't know what to do. Need help. Thanks

the cat efficiency is measured by the two O2 sensors by the cat. Replace them and see if the problem goes away.

Should I get a new one, used one or a universal one. It throw out a cel p0402 on my 4th ride after I clear the code. Thanks
