What header do you plan to get? If you're going to get a USDM header then go for the 2.25" in/out cat. What do you need a new bung for? As for a new O2 sensor, I'd only trust one made by NTK/NGK, Bosch, or Denso. You can just get a universal model and splice into the stock connector. It might end up cheaper that way.
i am going to be using a stock gsr 94 header right now , then later prob a SC header or somthing like that . .
i thought the bung was the thing where the o2 sensor screws into and sits

i need a bong myself...
i think u may want to find out what u want to do as far as mods for the future go so u dont get the 2.25 in cat and then need to get the 2.50 in one later...

You will need to get the cat, here
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...19103
You will need the flanges, here
http://www.jcwhitney.com/webap...10101
And you will need the o2 bung, here
http://store.summitracing.com/...3&y=8
And you will need something for that o2 bong, although I don't know a link for that one.
You will also need to have the muffler shop weld it all together for you, you should be able to find one that will do it for $15-$20

Most headers have a 2" collector like stock. More expensive headers have a 2.5" collector from which you will see better power gains. I belive the cheapest header with a 2.5" collector would be a JDM ITR 4-1 header. This link should be helpful when shopping for a header.

I don't know how you would go about using a cat that is larger than your collector, especially if it is larger than the collector and the cat back. Generally it is best to try to keep everything the same size. So getting a header with a 2.5" collector would not have as significant of a power gain over a header with a 2" collector if you just choke it off with a smaller than 2.5" cat or cat-back. This link should help if you are looking for a cat-back

And this may help with cat questions

As far as the bung goes, if your car is a '94 then I believe it is OBD1 in which case I don't know if you need the bung or not. If I were you I would just get under the car and see if your cat has a bung/o2 sensor in it. If so then yes you have to order the bung(unless your muffler shop has them) and have it welded into the cat as the carsound cats do not come with them.I know '96+ Integras are OBDII and need a bung in the exit of the cat.Hope I was some help, JFoster
