Caster Problems?
Our DA was in wreck a few weeks ago. Get it out teh body shop, take it to get aligned and the caster is WAY off..they look it over and say they think its the upper control arm. So we take it back to the previous shop, insurance comes, etc and the upper arm is replaced. However, the caster is still there. you can see it bc it still sits back towards the door rather than in the center. What could have gotten messed up that the caster is still *$*%*&ed up?
The best way to tell what the problem is to disassemble the suspension and visually inspect each piece. When everything is assembled and up in the wheel well, sometimes it is hard to determine what exactly the problem is. I would take it back and demand them to inspect your suspension alittle more thoroghly.
yes it sits back towards the wheel well and not the front..they thought it was the upper control arm..the shop is tryin something tomorrow and if that doesnt work i will suggest the lower arm.;
well we plan on taking it tomorow afternoon..the impact was most only that wheel and the fender and headlight but the brunt was the wheel so i knew something had to be screwed up in the suspension

Unless you have another LCA to compare it with, you probably wouldn't even notice.
The bend that was put on mine was Very slight, but made a Huge difference.
