Car Will not Start

So my CRX will not start, I've narowed it down to the Coil, what are my options if I deciede I want to upgrade rather than replace the parts with OEM? I have a 1991 LS block in my CRX completly stock just exhast / intake mods.

More details on why it isnt starting? Hows the battery? Starter? Getting air, fuel, and spark?

msd, is a good choice, they make a conversion kit to set your coil outside of the distributor.

dont go msd you will end up running into the same problems..
