MSD upgrade
Hey i wanna get this MSD kit i see on ebay

Its for my GSR engine, i wanna know if this set is sufficient to change out my stock distributor or if i need a MSD ingition control as well.
In other words, will this set still start my car and replace my stock crappy ditributor? or do i need the ignition control as well.
May help to say im running stock b20 gsr conversion in all sense.
compression, cams and all.
just wanna change the distributor cus i think the coils damaged and car needs gasing to start after drivin a bit.

That'll just replace your cap and the internal coil. It'll still be using the same pickups and igniter. If your internal OEM coil is the problem, then that should fix it.
