this happens only when im going about 65 mph and accelerate. i dont think its balancing because i just got new tire and re balanced twice. what can this be?

 

check the motor mounts, all five of them, see if they are loose.
Also maybe your clutch is going, but you should be able to smell it as it slips

 

had shaking while accelerating only. It happened to be the inner joint on the axle.

This could be a number of things. i had the same problem and thought my rims were bent in the front. so i changed them back to my stocks and it didn't fix the problem, try that first. if that doesn't work look at your two front wheels and see if there is even space between the frame. if one wheel looks like it closer to the bumper than the other, then most likely your going to have to replace the axles, or maybe a control arm. or you might need new rotors they can be warped. i would take the car to get an alignment first just to make sure that you don't have any problems with the axles and all that other stuff.
