If money is an issue, then ITR cams are best bang for the buck. But if you think you can spend a little more the Skunk2 stage 1 should fit you fine.

Take a look at the Toda spec A's here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=133308
And the best part is, all they need is ITR valve springs (which since you have a GSR you'll only need the intake side and move your GSR intake springs and stick them onto your exhaust ) if you keep them at ITR's redline. So relatively cheap setup, and I found the spec A's for a difference of about $300 over the ITR's; well worth it IMO from what I've seen/heard of the Spec A's and you can get at least 5-10 hp more over the ITR's with them in.

get the skunk2 stage II cams. check http://www.jdmhondaparts.com for them i think they are $750 for any of the 3 stages. with these cams you are going to need stiffer valve springs and ti retainers. you cold go with the skunk2 dual valve springs, and ti retainers. And to take advantage of these cams you are going to need to raise your compression (JDM ITR pistions with a spoon head gasket or spoon ballanced ITr pistions with a spoon head gasket). I think the spoon ballanced pistions are oversized and your block will need to be honed. Also you will need to raise your redline cause cams with high lift and duration make power around 9000-9500 RPM.

With aggressive cams lots of things have to be taken into consideration, do your research on this board and you will make the right choice for your budget

if you can't afford the Jun cams get the skunk2's . The stage 2's compared almost equally to the Jun 3's and for about 3000 less. If you cant afford them buy some used itr cams for about 350- 450

Jun are good, but so are Toda and Skunk2... Whatever you do... DON"T BUY A CROWER VALVETRAIN PRODUCT. I have seen several of their cams snap into pieces... I now also get to expierence in the Crower Carnage with my own expirence with their crappy products... See pics of Crower's work on my motor...

I think a good set of Todas would be a fun setup...
