what cams are these

what cams are these

i pulled some cams out of a friends car and noticed that the lobes were huge i cant figure out what kind they are all that i see is M stamped on both intake and exhaust next to the holes where you line the cams up with a screw driver i have another gsr head laying around and i took the cams out of it and the exhaust said F on it any help would be great

They sound like Skunk2 cams, and if the lobes are noticeably bigger than those on the ITR cams, then they're stage 2's.

The "M" is a characteristic of the Skunk2 cams that I've seen, but I haven't seen anything else but Skunk2 Stage 1's, JUN Type 3's, and Toda Spec C's.
