i have a boosted ls vtec and i got adjustable cam gears for it, i heard that it is good to retard the intake cam like 3-5 degrees, and this helps detonation. let me know what is good for it i have mine set at 0 right now i plan on running 9 psi what would be a good timing set up?

leave them at 0 and only adjust them on a dyno where you can see whether changes you're making are helping or hurting power.
