i took a look at my cams and it doesnt seem to match the normal gsr cams, type R, civic or any other honda cams.. however, i saw a letter "F" on it.. anyone have any idea what kind is it... i bought the car used by the way and the previous owner seem to modify it a lot and it had an aftermarket camgear and the cover of the cam gear is cut....

That is the site i went to but it wont seem to match none of them. The exhaust cam looks likme the b17A and the intake cam looks like the B17A except that the engraved rings are differrent... any comments or suggestions?? my car by the way is a 96 GSR and i dont think they would put a b17a cams...

 

I jus wanna make sure your looking at the distributor side of the cam rite?

 

the letter is just like a production number/series, ie has nothing to do with what cam it is

 

yes i was looking at the distributor side of the cam. Can anyone tell meeh if that is similar to any aftermarket cams?? toda, jun, crower, etc....?? thankz
