i have a 93 integra and am putting in a 01 itr trans. can i use the stock itr mount? i have the cable to hydro bracket already. or can i use the ef cable to hydro mount?
Please let me know cause i want to put my car together ASAP.

i put an s80 into my 93 integra and i used the stock dc2 mount. i welded a spacer on the bottom of the mount so that the transmission would sit horizontally. you could probably have a shop do this for you for far cheaper than buying an aftermarket mount. as far as the ef mount, i have no idea. call innovative mounts or hasport, as im sure they will be glad to get your money.
edit-there were two pieces to the space set up in a stepped pattern and i think they were 3/8' thick, but it could have been 1/2". i can post a pic if youre interested in this approach.

its rough, but you can get the concept. i dont know if i oriented drew the mount quite right either, but like i said, it shows what i did. ive thought about modifying mounts as a small side project, but i dont think there would be much interest in it. oh yeah, i also filled my mount bc you have to remove that front torque mount and i was scared it would tear the stock mount.

im going cable to hydro on my 92 teg, can i use dc mounts what are the diffrences between the trannys besides, hydro?
i think i used all dc mounts. on the drivers side you just take the whole entire dc assembly off and mount the da one on there. makre sure you get both pieces of the mount, not just one. you cant use the torque mount thats on the front of the dc tranny either, so i filled all my mounts with an epoxy-type material. if you know someone who can weld and has a decent drill press, you can make the tranny mount work. even if you have a shop weld this up for you, i think it will still be cheaper than buying the hasport kit.
