Can anyone help me on this? i dont want to put the stock one back on, i dont have it. id have to go searching for one. My short ram i got at some local JDM shop and it doesnt have the carb legal sticker, but again, i read that you dont need that if you dont have a Mass airflow sensor. help me haha.
i don't know but everyone on the honda scene have recieved a ticket for one that is nbot carb legal. I have not read about mass airflow thing but i know that if you have no carb sticker your out of luck. now these days your need to carry the part number with you too so the can check up the part. I recently (last month 8-13-09) went to state ref my car and my intake was carb legal but the ref told me i need a part number so they can look it up.

I hate to sound like such a downer but the truth is the law is the law, wether we agree with it or not. A LS-V swap may be the most bang for your buck but there is no way to make it CA legal. I know it's to late but for you but for everyone who reads this thread, either buy the LS swap and plan on using CARB legal performane upgrades ( ie, greddy turbo kit, edelbrock turbo kit, or mild NA build. ) or save up for the appropriate B18c swap. in the end you will have less headaches and spend less money and time with the law. just my 2 cents.

**** pasadena cops... i used to get pulled over going home from pcc all the time!!!!... i've once been pulled over a block away from each other... one of the reasons i stopped goin to pcc is because i didnt have a car to drive to school because i was afraid of being harrassed by cops and being paranoid parking my car there at pcc...pay the ticket and u'll be koo...use the back streets in pasadena...
