Default a/c question......

Hey guys been on the forum a lil but this is my first question. My a/c in my 01 gsr blows the same air as if I had my windows down so I went to the dealer to have it serviced. I bought the car in January so i never really tested it until recent due to the hot weather. They told me a I had a big leak (figured that much). They said I need a new receiver/drier, and both hoses/pipes from the drier. Then of course vacuum seal, fill and charge.

Now I work for the company that owns the Acura dealer (owns alot of dealerships). They're charging me $400 (includes discount) for the replacement of parts and everything. But personally I think that's too much as I can get the drier for like $40 OEM new. I've never heard of anyone having to replace those pipes. They looked fine to me. They might have to be re-sealed with new O-rings and proper refridgerant oil so there won't be any leak but I don't see why they need to replace those pipes. The 2 pipes alone cost ~$200. Am I right or wrong????

Here's the pic....I need #6,7 & 10

If they arent leaking, I dont see why they would need to be replaced. I replaced my drier, and left the hoses there. No leaks now whatsoever.

Did you ask them why the hoses needed replaced?

Well they gave me the work sheet and just told me I have a big leak and the drier needs to be replace along with 2 hoses. So I said i'd come back since I didn't plan on spending $400 that day. They gave me the part #'s and I looked up the "hoses" they were talking about. Went to my car and don't see anything wrong with them. I just wanted to see what you guys thought, cause personally I don't see them having to be replace other than being re-sealed. If they are infact leaking, do they have to replace the whole pipe or just the endings (o-rings/oil)?
