a/c light blinking

a/c light blinking
Not for my integra but for my gf's 94 toyota camry. When she presses the a/c button the light blinks and blows air in but it's not cold. Anybody know what it is?
Also, anybody know where some good Toyota forums are that are on par with hondatech?
