Default a/c compressor belt

I need to know if anything is run on the a/c belt besides the compressor? I think my compressor is seized just need to know if I can take the belt off. Thanks for any help

If we're talking about an Integra motor, all of the acc.'s are driven separately. Cut away.

Yeah it's a 00 gsr is this a common problem? It's only got 40k on it.

My 1989 LS has only the compressor connected to it. If it is the same then remove it.

That doesn't sound right with you only having a '99 w/ 40k on it and the compressor is seizing. Why do you think it's seizing? There is also an idler pulley that you use to tighten the A/C belt and that may be going bad. The bearing in that that pulley went on me (at 230,000 miles) and it was only a $15 fix. I really don't think it's your compressor because the Honda's are pretty damn stout. I'm still on my original at 240k and it works great.

BTW, the A/C compressor is on it's own belt but you need to take off the power steering belt to take it off (unless you want to cut it). I really doubt it's your compressor though.
