a/c
i just charged my a/c and put 1 can of red tek oil charge aerosol can 4 oz and 1 can of red tek a/c refrigerant recharge can its a little cool if i were to add more charge would that make it colder?
Awwww the RedTek demon strikes again, you do know you have now screwed your A/C system, no A/C shop will do more then "identify" it, and then send you on your way.
RedTek uses propane, [a hydrocarbon] as the "refrigerant", [there is no R12 or R134a in it] it also contains sealers, the hydrocarbon contaminates the system and is not removable, the sealers can "clog' up the evaporator and expansion valve, it really is crap.
With that said, your stuck with it so all you can do is try and add a little more at a time until vent temperature is acceptable, knowing what the A/C charge should be would help, what is the MM&Y of the car?
As mentioned, without a proper set of A/C gauges you can not tell if there is a problem or what that problem is.
"its a little cool" can be because there is not enough refrigerant, too much refrigerant, poor air flow through condenser, moisture in the system, a defective compressor or expansion valve or a combination of the above.
The proper way would have been to first, identify what was in there, [to see if it was already contaminated] and if not, second, fill it with 200-250 PSI of nitrogen to check for leaks, and if there were none, put the system under vacuum for 1hr to boil off any moisture in the system, [H20 is very bad for an A/C system] then recharge it with the proper amount of refrigerant, [R12 up to a 93 and R134a for a 94 and up]. 94

Found a really good thread that explains a lot about refrigerants in general
